Work With Us
Work at MountainTech+ does not stop at the demo: the system you build runs every day on a production line, in a school or inside a company's inbox. Both the responsibility and the impact land directly on you; what you build does not disappear behind layers.

Why Work Here
Real Users, Real Sites
You see the effect of the code you write on the production line or in the classroom.
A Short Decision Chain
There is no layer between an idea and its implementation. Your suggestion can be tried the same week.
An Interdisciplinary Team
You will find a mechanical engineer and a data scientist in the same meeting, and learn from both.
Time Set Aside for Learning
Time to try new models and tools is part of the job, not something squeezed in around it.
What could we do for your process?
Let us start with a short call and work out together what is actually feasible.
