School Practice and Question-Solving Platform

Overview
The platform serves three kinds of user. A student signs in to their own account, picks a subject and a level, and works through questions in a gamified module: every question is timed, and the round ends when the clock runs out or the answer is wrong. Each solved question is recorded, so students can look back at what they have done, and a school-wide leaderboard builds out of it. Teachers work from their own panel — creating lessons and homework, setting a study plan for an individual student, and reading success rates and solving times by class and by pupil. School management opens teacher accounts, defines classes, and watches overall usage from a single screen. Reporting covers all three levels: subject-level analysis at student, class and school scale, presented as charts and exported as PDF. The system is web-based, works in a mobile browser, and is not limited to one institution; multi-campus organisations run separately on the same infrastructure.

The administrator panel is used to create the school, define classes, and open and authorise teacher accounts.

What does the gamification actually do?
Questions do not arrive as a flat list but inside a timed game: a question drops onto the screen, you have a limited window to answer it, and the round ends if the time runs out or the answer is wrong. Because every solved question is recorded, the game also feeds the school-wide leaderboard.
Can teachers upload their own questions?
Yes. There is an upload path for teachers and content authors, and uploaded questions enter the pool tagged by subject and level. Institutions that would rather buy ready-made content can look at the digital question marketplace module.
Can students use it on a phone?
The platform is web-based and mobile-friendly — a student signs in from a browser, with nothing to install.
How is student data protected?
Authorisation is role-based: student, teacher, principal and administrator each hold a separate scope. Sign-in and data transfer are encrypted, and the infrastructure carries regular backup and recovery. Deployments are set up with data-protection obligations in mind.
Can we export the reports?
Yes. Student, class and school analyses are shown as charts on screen and can be exported as PDF — they were designed to be used in end-of-term reviews.
