About
How We Started
The company began when engineers who had spent years inside manufacturing and quality processes in the automotive industry sat down with a team coming from software. The shared observation was simple: there was a wide gap between what was being claimed about artificial intelligence and what could actually be put into service on the shop floor. To close that gap we adopted a way of working that understands the process first and picks the technology second.
MountainTech+ is an engineering and technology company founded in 2021 to develop AI-based digital and industrial solutions. Since its establishment, we have been developing software and AI systems that increase the operational efficiency of businesses, accelerate decision-making processes, and support sustainable digital transformation. With projects realized in human resources, industry, education, and web technologies, we transform AI from theory into technology that produces measurable value in the field.

How We Work
1. Process Analysis
We watch how the work actually runs on site and decide together which step is genuinely worth automating.
2. Feasibility and Prototype
We build a small-scale prototype on your own data and measure the target metric before anything goes live.
3. Go-Live
We integrate the system into your existing infrastructure and hand it over with training and documentation for your team.
4. Monitoring and Improvement
We track performance after go-live and update the model and rules with the feedback that comes back.
What We Value
Technology Without the Hype
If conventional software solves the problem, we do not propose artificial intelligence. The right tool is not the flashiest one.
Measurability
At the start of every project we write down as a number what we are trying to improve, and at the end we look at that same number.
Responsibility for Data
Customer data belongs to the customer. Retention, access and deletion rules are agreed in writing before the project starts.
Long-Term Partnership
We do not deliver and disappear. Making sure your team can own the system is part of the delivery.
