Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. What is a Cookie?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer (or other devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc.) through your browser or device when you visit our website. Cookies generally contain the name of the website they come from, their lifespan, and randomly generated numbers.

2. Why Do We Use Cookies?

We use cookies to ensure our website functions properly, improve your user experience, optimize our site and services according to your preferences, obtain anonymous, aggregated statistical data, and measure the effectiveness of the ads we run.

3. Cookies and Local Storage We Use

The table below is the complete list of cookies and browser local storage entries used on mountaintech.plus. Analytics and advertising cookies are placed on your device only if you choose "Accept All" in the cookie notice. If you decline, or make no choice at all, the Google tags still load on the page but write no cookie to your device and create no identifier for you; in that state Google receives only a cookieless measurement signal (your IP address, browser information, the page you viewed and your cookie preference), with ad click identifiers stripped out of it.

4. Third-Party Content

The Google Maps embed on the contact page and the homepage loads together with the page; when it does, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google, which may set its own cookies. The promotional video on the homepage is not loaded until you press play. The job listings on the careers page are embedded from HireUp360, our own product. The Cloudflare Turnstile check on the contact form is a strictly necessary security measure against automated submissions and is not subject to consent; during that check your IP address and technical browser data are processed by Cloudflare. The processing carried out by this third-party content is governed by the relevant provider's own privacy policy.

5. How Can You Manage Your Cookie Preferences?

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Depending on what your browser offers, you can block cookies, ask to be warned before a cookie is set, or delete cookies. The button at the bottom of this page resets your cookie choice on this site and brings the notice back.

Contact Form Privacy Notice

Text version: 2026-08-08

This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you submit the contact form on mountaintech.plus, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR. It is separate from the Explicit Consent Statement further down this page: this notice informs you, whereas consent is given by ticking the box on the form.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is MOUNTAIN YAPAY ZEKA ELEKTRİK OTOMASYON ROBOTİK MÜHENDİSLİK MAKİNE SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("MountainTech+" in this notice). Address: Altınşehir, 163.(280) Sok. No:11/B, 16120 Nilüfer/Bursa, Türkiye. You can send any question or request regarding this notice to info@mountaintech.plus; for a formal application under Article 11 of the KVKK, follow the procedure in section 7.

2. Personal Data Processed

When you submit the form we process only what you enter — your name, email address and message — together with the date and time of submission. The form contains no other field. In addition, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check to block automated submissions; during that check your IP address and technical data about your browser are processed by Cloudflare.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed solely to deliver your message to us, assess your request and reply to you. We do not send you marketing messages without separate consent, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@mountaintech.plus. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before it.

5. Transfers, Including Outside Türkiye

The following providers are involved in delivering your message: Cloudflare, for hosting the site, storing the records and running the security check; Resend, for delivering the email (its servers are located in the European Union); and Google Workspace, for the receiving mailbox. These providers process your data only to supply that service. These transfers constitute transfers abroad and are carried out on the basis of your explicit consent.

6. Retention Period

Form records are kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded, and are deleted at the end of that period. The period is set so that we can follow the history of your request and meet our burden of proof in the event of a dispute.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction; to request that such actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to; and to claim compensation if you suffer loss because the processing was unlawful. In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, send your application either in writing and signed to the address above, together with information establishing your identity, or by email to info@mountaintech.plus from an address you have previously given us and that is on record in our systems. Your application will be concluded as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days.

Contact Form Explicit Consent Statement

By ticking the box on the form you give your explicit consent to your personal data being processed for the purposes described in the notice above and transferred to the providers named there, which are established outside Türkiye. This consent is not a precondition for using the site: if you would rather not tick the box, you can email info@mountaintech.plus directly or call +90 530 069 53 00. The form cannot be submitted without ticking the box.
