This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you submit the contact form on mountaintech.plus, and forms the basis of the consent you give under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Mountain Yapay Zeka. You can send any question, request or application regarding this notice to info@mountaintech.plus.
2. Personal Data Processed
When you submit the form we process only what you enter — your name, email address and message — together with the date and time of submission. The form contains no other field. In addition, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a security check to block automated submissions; during that check your IP address and technical data about your browser are processed by Cloudflare.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed solely to deliver your message to us, assess your request and reply to you. We do not send you marketing messages without separate consent, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@mountaintech.plus. Withdrawal takes effect going forward and does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before it.
5. Transfers, Including Outside Türkiye
The following providers are involved in delivering your message: Cloudflare, for hosting the site, storing the records and running the security check; Resend, for delivering the email (its servers are located in the European Union); and Google Workspace, for the receiving mailbox. These providers process your data only to supply that service. These transfers constitute transfers abroad and are carried out on the basis of your explicit consent.
6. Retention Period
Form records are kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded, and are deleted at the end of that period. The period is set so that we can follow the history of your request and meet our burden of proof in the event of a dispute.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction; to request that such actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to; and to claim compensation if you suffer loss because the processing was unlawful. 8. Explicit Consent
By ticking the box on the form you give your explicit consent to your personal data being processed for the purposes described above and transferred to the providers named above, which are established outside Türkiye. The form cannot be submitted without ticking the box.
