Overview
In most plants the ERP handles accounting, stock and purchasing well, while production itself often stays in Excel, paper forms or the foreman's notebook. Which stage a work order is in, how long a machine stood idle, what a part really costs or which shelf a material sits on is only known when someone asks. At MountainTech+ we build modules that fill this gap: production tracking, maintenance management, cost calculation and warehouse management. We do not replace your Logo or Mikro; our modules work alongside it and exchange data with it. We do the analysis on the shop floor and start with simple screens operators will actually use.

Actual production cost per part and per order from materials, labour, machine hours and overheads.
Warehouse Management (WMS)
Bin locations, barcode receipts and issues, stock counts and shipment preparation, in sync with ERP item cards.
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Material needs derived from orders and bills of materials, with purchase suggestions generated automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to give up our current ERP?
No. Accounting, stock and statutory records stay in your current program such as Logo, Mikro or Netsis. Our modules complete the production side it does not cover and exchange data with it.
Why isn't the packaged ERP's production module enough?
For some companies it is. But when your production flow differs from what the package assumes, teams either over-customise the package or fall back to Excel. A module written around your flow is then healthier and easier to sustain.
Do we have to install every module at once?
No. We recommend starting with the area where you lose the most, such as production tracking or maintenance management. Other modules are added as needed.
How do operators use the system?
Operator screens are designed to be used with tablets, touch screens and barcode scanners. Data is recorded as the work is done rather than written on paper and keyed in later.
What does the cost calculation rely on?
Material consumption, labour and machine times, and the overhead allocation rules you define. The rules follow your own method and every result can be traced back to its inputs.
