A marketplace where publishers sell question pools to institutions digitally, and institutions license those questions to their own students.
Overview
The marketplace puts whoever produces digital question content in the same place as whoever uses it. Publishers and content authors upload their question pools, classify them by subject, level and curriculum, and put them up for sale. Institutions pick what they need out of that catalogue and buy it; purchased questions drop straight into the institution's own study platform, and the institution licenses them to its students. Rights are managed inside the system: who a piece of content went to, in what scope and for how long is on the record, so the question file itself never gets passed around. The aim cuts both ways — an institution reaches good content without writing a question bank from scratch, and whoever wrote the questions can follow where they went.

How is my copyright protected?
Licences are defined inside the system: who the content went to, in what scope and for how long is on the record. An institution buys the right to have its own students answer a question — not the file itself.
How does it relate to the study platform?
They are parts of the same platform. Content bought in the marketplace lands directly in the institution's study platform, so students answer it inside the app they already use rather than somewhere separate.
