Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Scope and Data Controller
This policy summarises how personal data is processed on the mountaintech.plus website and in MountainTech Panel, our internal management tool. The data controller is MOUNTAIN YAPAY ZEKA ELEKTRİK OTOMASYON ROBOTİK MÜHENDİSLİK MAKİNE SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("MountainTech+"). Address: Altınşehir, 163.(280) Sok. No:11/B, 16120 Nilüfer/Bursa, Türkiye. Contact: info@mountaintech.plus.
2. Contact Form
When you submit the contact form we process only what you enter — your name, email address and message — together with the date and time of submission. This data is used to assess your request and reply to you, is based on your explicit consent, is never sold and is not used for marketing without separate consent. During the Cloudflare Turnstile check that blocks automated submissions, your IP address and browser information are processed by Cloudflare. The data controller, recipients, retention period and your rights are set out in full in the privacy notice prepared under Article 10 of the KVKK.
3. Analytics and Measurement
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and to measure the effect of our ads. Analytics and advertising cookies are placed on your device only if you consent in the cookie notice. Without consent these tools write no cookies and create no identifier for you; your IP address and browser information are still sent to the provider concerned.
Clarity lets us see clicks, scrolling and mouse movement as heatmaps and session recordings; whatever you type into form fields is masked before it is sent to Clarity. You can change your cookie choice at any time on the Cookie Policy page.
4. MountainTech Panel and Google Account Data
MountainTech Panel is an internal management tool used only by authorised MountainTech+ staff; it is not public and does not accept outside users. Through Google sign-in (OAuth), the panel uses the Google account the company has connected to access Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile. The panel works only with this company account; no one else signs in to it with their own Google account.
This access is used solely to manage the accounts and web properties the company administers: monitoring and adjusting ad campaigns; reporting on site traffic and managing Analytics configuration and access permissions; submitting sitemaps, requesting indexing and verifying site ownership; and keeping Business Profile information up to date and replying to reviews.
Our staff may also carry out these tasks through an AI assistant. In that case Google data is passed to the assistant only to the extent needed to complete the task the staff member asked for. Data obtained from Google APIs is not sold, is not used for advertising, is not used to develop or train generalised AI or machine learning models, and is not shared with any third party other than the infrastructure and service providers the panel needs in order to run. MountainTech Panel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access granted to the panel can be revoked at any time from the "Third-party apps & services" page of the Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Once access is revoked the panel can no longer reach that account.
5. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and exercise your other rights. Send your application to info@mountaintech.plus or in writing to the address above; it will be concluded within thirty days at the latest. The application procedure is described in detail in the privacy notice.
6. Changes
We update this policy as our processing changes. The current text is always published on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest change.
