For most projects we use an approach where one codebase runs on both platforms, which reduces cost and maintenance. Where advanced device-specific hardware is needed, we recommend native development.
Who publishes the app in the stores?
We handle the App Store and Google Play release process. Since you will own the app, the developer accounts are opened in your company's name.
Would a web application be enough instead?
If users will not open it often and you do not need notifications or device features, a mobile-friendly web application is a faster and cheaper start. We weigh this openly in the discovery call.
Do you provide support after launch?
