SALES
Pricing and Quotation Automation
A system that produces the quote that should be given, without the salesperson having to do the engineering calculation.

Overview
In companies selling technical products, a price is usually not read off a list — it is calculated. It moves with dimensions, material, quantity and configuration, and that calculation tends to sit with engineering. The result is familiar: the salesperson cannot quote while they still have the customer, so they wait for engineering to come back; the quote takes days, the waiting customer goes elsewhere, and two salespeople can end up quoting different prices for the same job. This system moves the calculation into the background. The salesperson enters what the customer told them, and the system applies the company's own pricing rules to produce the quote that should be given. Because both the inputs and the resulting figure are kept, a quote is repeatable and can be audited afterwards.
Key Capabilities
The Calculation Runs Behind
The salesperson enters dimensions, material and quantity; the system does the engineering maths. Nobody waits on the technical team before quoting.
Same Inputs, Same Quote
Pricing rules live in one place, which ends the situation where the price for a job depends on who quoted it.
A Quote With Its Basis
Which inputs produced which price is kept, so when a quote is questioned later there is something to read.
Where It Is Used
Made-to-Measure Manufacturers
When every order is priced off its dimensions and material, quoting means calculating each time. That step becomes automatic.
Sales Teams With Wide Product Trees
Hundreds of variants cannot be held in someone's head. The salesperson makes the selection, the system supplies the price.
Quotes Waiting on Engineering Sign-Off
Waiting for the technical team stretches the sales cycle. Once routine calculations move into the background, engineering only looks at the exceptions.
Onboarding New Salespeople
Because pricing knowledge sits in the system rather than in one person, someone new can give the right quote from their first day.
Frequently Asked Questions
When could we start using it in our company?
We put the timeline together with you. Rollout always starts by writing down how you price today, so an early conversation pays off — write to us through the contact form and we will plan it against your own product tree.
Can our own pricing rules be defined?
The whole system rests on that. We do not supply a ready-made price list; your company's own calculation method, coefficients and discount rules go into the system. That is why every rollout starts by writing down how you price today.
Will it work with our ERP or CRM?
The aim is for the quote not to be produced somewhere disconnected from the systems you already run. Which integrations are possible depends on your software and the interfaces it exposes, so we settle that in the first conversation by looking at your setup.
Does engineering sign-off disappear?
No, and that is not the goal. Routine calculations that can be reduced to rules become automatic; jobs that fall outside the rules and need a bespoke answer stay with engineering. The system does not replace the engineer, it takes repeated arithmetic off their desk.
