EVENT MANAGEMENT
Event and Ticketing Platform
Organisers create an event, send out the invitations, and collect payment through the platform when attendance is paid.
Overview
The platform puts the person running an event and the people attending it in one place. Anyone who signs up as an organiser creates their own event: they set the date, the place and the terms of attendance, then reach the people they want to invite. If the event is free, the job ends with taking registrations. If it charges, payment is collected through the platform — the organiser does not have to set up a separate way of taking money, keep the attendee list by hand, or track who has paid in a spreadsheet. Attendance and payment show on the same screen, which means that on the day you hold a list you can rely on. The same flow works for a corporate training session, a community meet-up, a paid workshop or a school event; the only thing that changes is whether there is a fee.
How It Works
The organiser signs up
The person or organisation running the event signs up to the platform and opens an organiser account.
The event is created
Date, place and terms of attendance are defined, and this is the step where you decide whether the event charges.
Invitations go out, registrations come in
Invited people register through the event page, and the list builds on the organiser's screen.
Payment is collected if there is a fee
For paid events, payment is taken through the platform and recorded against the registration, so who has paid is not tracked separately.
Key Capabilities
Event Creation
An organiser signs up and defines the event themselves — date, place and terms of attendance. Each event is published with its own page.
Invitations and Attendees
Invitations go out and registrations come back through the platform, so who is coming is a list rather than a guess.
Payment for Paid Events
When an event charges, payment is collected through the platform, so the organiser needs no separate payment infrastructure.
Where It Is Used
Corporate Training and Meetings
Invitations, registration and the attendance list for an internal training, a launch or a dealer meeting all run from one place.
Associations and Community Meet-Ups
Members are invited and attendance is known in advance; where there is a contribution to collect, it happens in the same flow.
Paid Workshops and Seminars
Where places are limited and paid, registration and payment are tied together, so a registration that has not been paid holds no seat.
School and Graduation Events
Attendance and any contribution fee move off a hand-kept spreadsheet and onto the event page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I run a free event?
Yes. A fee is an option you set while creating the event. For free events the flow ends with invitation and registration, and the payment step never comes into play.
How is payment collected?
For paid events, collection happens through the platform, so the organiser does not need to set up their own payment infrastructure. We settle the collection and reconciliation arrangement that suits your organisation during onboarding.
Can I see the attendee list?
Yes. Who has registered — and for paid events, who has paid — shows on the organiser's screen, so you go into the day with an up-to-date list.
Who uses it?
Anyone running their own events: companies, associations, schools and independent organisers. The platform is open to sign-up and needs no installation.
